You and your family member and/or business partner* must be registered and confirmed to guarantee a seat.  Please take a moment to fill out the confirmation form below.

* To confirm a business partner please call our offices. If you confirm your attendance, but do not attend the event for any reason, all materials will be sent to you and it will count as an attendance.  A re-attendance fee of $500.00 will apply for future events for the primary person. If you are unable to attend this event, it is important that you contact our offices immediately at 800.577.5848.
