After increasing the rents and sub metering the utilities like Scott taught me to do, I now make $10,500 a month in passive cash flow and at a 8% CAP Rate, I created $1.3 million in value.
After learning from Scott, my plans for my investment career are to purchase five or more Commercial properties per year and create a $300,000 passive cash flow per year or more.
